• We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, ingredients, batch details, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in color or taste may naturally occur across herbal batches due to natural botanical harvest variations.
• All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We reserve the right to modify prices, launch or withdraw promotions, and alter product specifications without prior notice.
• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous information due to a technical error, Zentham reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order was confirmed. In such cases, any charged amount will be refunded in full immediately.

4. Orders, Payments & Fastrr Checkout

• Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order occurs when your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
• Payments can be made via UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Fastrr 1-Click Checkout, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through certified third-party payment gateways. Zentham does not store card data or banking credentials.

The name Zentham, the Zentham logo, bottle label artwork, product packaging designs, graphics, photographs, promotional texts, code, and overall trade dress are the exclusive intellectual property of Zentham. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademarks Act, 1999 of India.
